The participation by the citizens of citizenry in the STMA in the maiden National Sanitation Programme was reported as not encouraging. Several reasons were given which included low publicity among others. Since it is instituted to be a monthly programme and it is only 11 days away to the next exercise, does the STMA authorities have in mind to do so awareness creation about the forth-coming exercise? is reported.....
