plants or generator

Infact I write with the spirit of a true patriots why Gomoa West District Assembly is refusing to buy a mini plants or generator to serve the ICT Centre at Apam that serves not only Apam but it environs as well.If GWDA collects the revenue from the centre then what should prevent them from making sure the citizens from Apam and its environs are always not found wanting when there is a power outage.considering the century we found ourselves where ICT could not be relegated to the background, I believe the earlier GWDA becomes proactive the better for all of us by making sure a plants is made available for the CIC.
