Infact this is a very serious issue and i think the laws of our nation will not temper justice with mercy by making sure the doctor faces the full rigours of the law.
I think the doctor should face the laws of the land because one way or the other, he has destroy the future of the boy and he has also go contrary to the laws of Ghana. The boy must be psyched up well before returning to the society because much pressure will be on him both from the society and parent.
