Diskussion zu what punishment should the doctor recevie?

I think the doctor should face the laws of the land because one way or the other, he has destroy the future of the boy and he has also go contrary to the laws of Ghana. The boy must be psyched up well before returning to the society because much pressure will bole in him both from the society and parent.
